The Vasculitis and Rare Disease Clinic at WashU Medicine is a leading center for the management and treatment of rare autoimmune diseases. Under the expert leadership of Colin Diffie, MD, and Aisha Shaikh, MD our clinic has experienced remarkable growth since its establishment in 2017. We pride ourselves in serving a broad range of patients with rare autoimmune conditions, including ANCA associated vasculitis and even esoteric diseases that have yet to be named or fully understood.

At our clinic, we prioritize collaboration and comprehensive care. Our esteemed vasculitis team holds regular case review conferences, where we discuss and strategize the management of complex cases. We work closely with world-class partners in various specialties such as pulmonary, ENT, ophthalmology, dermatology, nephrology, and others to ensure that our patients receive customized treatment.
